Automation Works, ATS provide automatic controls for this plastic drink
bottle stacking system.
Using distributed I/O the "Bottle
Stacker" rapidly gates and forms delivered bottles into lines in
preparation for the stacking head to lift the entire table contents and
place it, in multiple layers, into the delivery boxes.
Operators can select the required
number of layers in the delivery box and the "Bottle Stacker" will
automatically stack accordingly.
Should any bottles fall while on the
infeed conveyor the "Bottle Stacker" automatically rejects the offenders
and continues on!
