customised Random Case Sealer with automatic detection of closed boxes.
ATS
developed the box detection process used here to reduce unnecessary taping
thus speeding processing. Only open boxes are sealed with the products
then scanned for Bar Codes and automatically reconciled with the
clients internal delivery database.
Once checked the
products are able to be delivered to the programmed distribution lane or
rejected if incorrect.
